We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content across all digital platforms while contributing creative ideas for video production and brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for all SpeakyHome social media platforms.
- Create static posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Design engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Create visually appealing advertisements for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit short-form videos including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Design motion graphics and basic animations for social media.
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with the brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan monthly content calendars.
- Ensure consistency in brand colors, typography, and visual identity.
- Create festival, promotional, seasonal, and service-based campaigns.
- Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, standees, posters, presentations, and digital assets.
- Optimize designs for multiple screen sizes and digital platforms.
Video & Content Production
- Plan creative concepts for social media videos and advertisements.
- Assist in planning video shoots for services, team members, customer testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Suggest camera angles, lighting, framing, and storytelling techniques.
- Coordinate with the content and marketing team during video production.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content whenever required.
- Edit videos using professional transitions, captions, music, and motion graphics.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and viral content formats.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Canva Pro.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Strong photo editing and retouching skills.
- Knowledge of social media content strategy.
- Basic photography and videography knowledge.
- Ability to create engaging reels and short-form videos.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are welcome.
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Branding, or Social Media Design is an added advantage.
