• If the Service Professional cancels the booking and no alternative is available, you will be eligible for a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
   
  5. No-Show or Last-Minute Cancellations

• If you fail to be present at the scheduled service time or cancel within 1 hour of the appointment, it will be treated as a last-minute cancellation, and no refund will be provided.
   
  6. Technical or Platform Errors

• If a booking is cancelled due to technical errors or platform issues, and the service cannot be rescheduled, you may be eligible for a refund as described in our Refund Policy.
