Welcome to SpeakyHome! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpeakyHome platform, including our website, mobile application, and services offered therein ("Platform"). By using our Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

 

1. Definitions

• "Customer" means any individual who books services via the SpeakyHome platform.

• "Service Provider" means any individual or business entity providing services via SpeakyHome (e.g., plumber, cleaner, electrician, etc.).

• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to SpeakyHome, a platform under [Hunar Group of India].

 

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the SpeakyHome Platform.

• By registering, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.

 

3. User Obligations

3.1 For Customers:

• Provide accurate service location and contact details.

• Ensure availability during the selected time slot.

• Pay the applicable charges on time.

• Treat service providers with respect.

3.2 For Service Providers:

• Maintain professional conduct and hygiene.

• Deliver services honestly and diligently.

• Carry valid ID and verification documents when required.

• Follow all safety and legal guidelines.

 

4. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings can be made via app/website.

• Customers may cancel/reschedule before [X hours] of scheduled time.

• Late cancellations may attract cancellation charges.

• SpeakyHome reserves the right to cancel services due to availability, safety, or operational issues.

 

5. Payments

• All payments must be made through SpeakyHome’s platform unless specified.

• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

• Refunds are processed as per our refund policy.

 

6. Service Warranty

• Some services may carry a limited warranty (e.g., 7-day service guarantee).

• Warranty does not apply to misuse or external damages post-service.

 

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for fraudulent activities.

• Hire service providers directly, bypassing SpeakyHome.

• Abuse, threaten, or harass any staff or providers.

• Upload harmful content or violate third-party rights.

 

8. Platform Access and License

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our platform.

• You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• SpeakyHome is a facilitator between customers and service providers.

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform or service performance.

 

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpeakyHome and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

 

11. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

• You may also stop using our services anytime by deleting your account.

 

12. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or through arbitration under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

 

13. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
